The Path to ESG & Sustainability Advisory
My work bridges the gap between organizational goals and sustainable outcomes. Over 15 years in energy and ESG, I have helped shift the focus from simple compliance to robust disclosures that earn investor confidence and build a foundation of lasting trust through direct, expert guidance.
I frequently provide insights as a speaker for the Singapore Institute of Directors and share my perspectives as a regular columnist for The Star. I also guest lecture at the National University of Singapore and support Enterprise Singapore as a Registered Management Consultant.
Currently, I focus on the changing reporting landscape, including GRI and IFRS S1/S2, and the impact of these changes on leadership. I work directly with large entities to ensure institutional readiness and create narratives that go far beyond basic global regulatory requirements.
My doctoral research at Warwick Business School examined how companies develop dynamic capabilities for climate transition. That research, together with the cross‑market study Climate First… Or Last? on 300 listed companies in Australia, Malaysia and Singapore, continues to shape how I advise boards on climate risk, materiality and long‑term value creation.
